Intentional and conscious breathing can allow you to move beyond your mind and body and help you connect to your inner self. Many people who include breath care + practice in their life experience increased embodied awareness, relaxation, better sleep, an increased feeling of aliveness & energy, faster recovery, and even enter the state of meditation with more ease.

Body Care
somatics/embodiment
Somatic work emphasizes helping develop resources within yourself. Working with the body helps to self-regulate your emotions, or to move out of the fight/flight/freeze/fawn response, tone the vagus nerve and create safety in your body.
A somatic’s session with me could include movement and sound practices for your nervous systems, trauma-informed breath work, embodied writing, journaling, dancing/singing, and catharsis work.

Advocate Care

This is for people who have experienced trauma, violence, brutality or abuse while in action for our collective Liberation.
I would love to hold space for you, it can look anything like me just listening and witnessing, body doubling if you need to make important calls or appts, we can look for resources together, I can guide you through breathing, light stretching or movement.

Our call can be up to 45mins via Zoom, so you can check in from wherever you may be.
No need to prepare aside if there is anything you want to have with you.
We do not have to speak on any actual incident at all. I will not try to “fix” you, suppress your emotions or give you positive spins. I will not tell you to “step away” in the name of “self care.”
