find what you need
Mind, Body & Spirit
The spiritual and devotional practice of Yoga is the main path I use when teaching and working with students or clients. It is not defined or limited to any one faith and is not a religion.
Within Yoga there are many practical modalities that help support the human experience, with me a Yoga class could include:
-Asana (Postures) - Pranayama (Yogic Breathwork) - Satsang (Conversation for truth) - Meditation - Sadhana - Kriyas - Spiritual Philosophy - Mindfulness & more
It is an individual’s life long journey that entails intention, dedication, consistent practice, and devotion, ultimately leading to greater consciousness, inner power and Love.
Breath Work
Your breath is Life.
Breathing elicits the body’s relaxation response. Breathwork can allow you to move beyond your mind and body and help you connect to your inner self. Many people who practice breath work experience increased relaxation and better sleep, increased aliveness & energy, faster recovery, and enter the state of medication easier.

Somatic Work
Your body.
Somatic work emphasizes helping develop resources within yourself. Working with the body helps to self-regulate your emotions, or to move out of the fight/flight/freeze/fawn response, tone the vagus nerve and create safety in your body.
A somatic’s session with me could include movement and sound practices for your nervous systems, trauma-informed breath work, embodied writing, journaling, dancing/singing, and catharsis work.
